How our products are so AFFORDABLE?

At Blue Pendulum we offer our customers high quality products unlike other brands that add on huge retail markups. We understand luxury should be affordable, we have implemented a process that brings our products directly to you through our ecommerce site and recognized retail network without getting involved any middlemen. In our design and manufacturing process we use recycled materials as well as finest precious stones and metal from direct and high quality sources in order to keep our cost down. Our promise is to offer high-end products to our customers around the world at affordable prices.

What is your WARRANTY program?

We stand by the quality of our products. We are happy to replace a product if there are any product quality issues within 12 months of purchase. Our 12 month warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctioning of the products. Any damage caused by an accident or due to a care issue will not be covered by this warranty. To be eligible for replacement covered under this warranty performed, please e-mail contact@bluependulum.com and specify your full name, address, and order number to arrange the return. Please write ‘Warranty Claim’ as subject of the e-mail so that our customer care team will get in touch with you on next steps.

Blue Pendulum offers free standard shipping within Canada for orders over $35 and to the USA on all orders over $100. And we ship with recognized carriers so you can be assured your order will be delivered on time and in a secured manner. You will receive your order anywhere from 7-25 business days from the date that it is shipped out. If you have selected Express Shipping as your shipping option you will receive your order within 3-5 business days. The majority of orders placed will be shipped on the same day. Please note all Blue Pendulum products are hand made and some orders may take 1-2 days prepare for it to ship. Please ensure payment is authorized and verified before being shipped.

What METHODS OF PAYMENT do you accept?

We gladly accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal as a trusted payment method as well.

What CURRENCIES do you accept?

We use CAD $ as the currency to process all our orders. Note at the time of check out your payment will be calculated and will be charged with your local currency with the interest rates provided by your credit card service providers with the current exchange rate to your local currency and charged to the payment method you have choose.

What do I need to know about PRODUCT CARE?

All products are only water resistant for daily usage. Please do not wear in shower or when swimming which may have room to be in contact with chemicals. Avoid spraying cologne or deodorant contains chemicals on them, as this can be contributed to color fade or discoloration. It is also recommend not wearing them during sports or any activities as this may contribute to discoloration due to heavy contact of sweat. 
For sterling silver items it is recommended to wipe with a polishing cloth to keep the shine.

What is your RETURN POLICY?

Any Blue Pendulum brand new product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please email contact@bluependulum.com and specify your full name, address, and order number to schedule the return. Our customer care team will get in touch with you for the next steps and answer any questions.

• MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT PACKAGE.
• MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN AND UNOPENED. 
• ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST INCLUDE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. 
• REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN. 
• IF THERE ARE ANY DUTIES, TAXES OR SHIPPING CHARGES INVOLVED UNFORTUNATELY WE WONT BE ABLE TO REFUND THEM. 
• RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER UNLESS RETURN DUE TO DAMAGE OF THE PRODUCT DURING SHIPPING AND HANDLING PROCESS.

3 FILL YOUR INFORMATION ALONG WITH SHIPPING INFORMATION (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A USER ACCOUNT OR IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER) 
4 SELECT THE SHIPPING AND PAYMENT METHOD. 

Once you complete above process, you will receive an order/payment confirmation email. Once received, please allow us 1-2 business days to process and package your order before shipping. As soon as we dispatch your order, we will be sending you a shipping confirmation email including tracking details (if shipping method you selected comes with tracking) to let you know it’s on its way.

How do I TRACK my order?

We offer tracking if standard or express shipping option with tracking is selected as the shipping method. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update. We will also notify you via email along the way with updates.

Why my order is not SUCCESSFUL?

If the payment information provided or shipping information is incomplete or wrong, we will not be able to process your order. In any situations like that we will be contacting you using the contact information you have provided during order process. If you haven’t received an order confirmation within 1 business day, please contact our customer care team at contact@bluependulum.com

My order WON’T GO THROUGH, what should I do?

If you are unable to complete the order process due to any validation failure of the information you have provided or due to an error please contact our customer care team at contact@bluependulum.com and we will help you to rectify your problem as soon as possible.

I didn’t receive my ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided during the order process. If your order was successfully placed and due to some reason, you did not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder and add contact@bluependulum.com to your safe sender list.

I need to CHANGE SOMETHING on my order after placing it.

We process all our orders within 1-2 business days so that we can get your order to you as fast as possible. If you need to do any changes to your order, please contact us immediately via contact@bluependulum.com and provide your order information including your order number. However, once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

My order hasn’t ARRIVED on time

If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time to your destination, you can track your order here to see the current status of the delivery. Orders may get delayed due to customs hold ups and bad weather or issues related to shipping service provider. Please reach out to our customer care team at contact@bluependulum.com and we will happy to assist you with an update regarding your order.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES and FEES

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. There is a chance that you will not get charged a sale tax or duties depending on the product. We wont be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money or we do not make any claim for them. Duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost for these fees at the time of order placement. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused and returned due to sales tax or duties.
